Terms of Service
Effective August 18, 2026
These terms govern use of VIBE Shop Manager (“VIBE”, the “Service”), operated at vibeshopmanager.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The service
VIBE is shop-management software for automotive repair businesses: estimates, repair orders, invoicing, scheduling, customer messaging, payments (via connected processors), accounting sync, and related tools. Features may evolve; we work hard to improve the Service continuously.
Accounts & acceptable use
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the people you invite to your workspace. Use the Service only for lawful business purposes; don't attempt to breach its security, access other businesses' data, resell it without agreement, or use its messaging features for spam or content that violates carrier rules.
Your data
Your shop's records belong to your shop. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that data to operate the Service. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to enter the customer information you store, and for the accuracy of documents you issue (estimates, invoices, tax amounts).
Payments & third-party services
Card processing is provided by third-party processors (e.g. Stripe) under their own terms; VIBE never holds your funds. Connections to QuickBooks, GPS, texting, email, and similar services are governed by those providers' terms, and you authorize VIBE to exchange data with them on your behalf when you connect them. Subscription pricing, when applicable, is presented at signup or in your billing settings.
Professional responsibility
VIBE is a tool, not professional advice. Tax rates, jurisdictions, and exemptions are configured by your shop — verify them with your accountant. Repair decisions, estimates, and workmanship remain entirely your shop's responsibility.
Availability & disclaimers
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond our backups.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On closure, you may request an export of your records within a reasonable period.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Questions: [email protected].
